Celebrate Wellness has changed my life in the most positive way. For someone who has been in therapy before, the practice I was referred to is a place of professional help, non judgment, and a very comfortable environment. I'd like to extend a shout out to this program as they helped me on my journey to mental recovery and healing. I wasn't sure what I'd do after suffering a huge loss and they helped guide me in the most positive way while also checking with me throughout the process. Thank you so much!

Celebrate Wellness came into my life when I needed guidance and support the most after an unexpected layoff and being pregnant. As someone who advocates for mental health and supports others on their wellness journeys, I was in a situation where I needed to put my oxygen mask on first instead of others for the first time in a long time. The sudden whiplash of going from stability to uncertainty was more than I could handle, and having Celebrate Wellness pair me with a life coach who worked with me at my pace, navigated this very uncertain time with patience, compassion, and held me accountable in the prioritization of my mental wellbeing, was everything I didn't know I needed. Celebrate Wellness has had a profound impact on my mental health, and I am incredibly grateful to have found them, the resources they offer, and the people who make this program accessible to our industry.

Hand-drawn heart

After MANY traumatic events these past few years. I legitimately felt like I was drowning, delusional, and fell into a deep depression that personal hygiene was no longer existent. After a few sessions with Marissa, I don't feel like I'm drowning as much. I'm grasping some air. It's not an overnight cure by any means. However, each day is getting lighter and I'm starting to feel myself again.
